1.) Local Delivery hours of operation? Our delivery service is available MON-FRI (9AM-3PM)
*Order Before 3PM for Same Day “LOCAL DELIVERY” orders Placed after 3pm will be delivered next day before 12pm*
2.) How to schedule a delivery? Simply go to our website www.731hempcbd.com, Browse our selection of products, add to your cart and
choose “Local delivery” at checkout Once your purchase is received, we will text you a link to digitally verify that you are age 21 or older.
Once your age and address is verified, we add your order to our delivery queue.
3.) Can I use Cash for delivery? We will Not accept or carry cash during delivery hours
4.) How much does delivery cost? We offer free deliveries for orders over $200
for orders under $200, there is a $5.00 flat fee for all available delivery locations.
5.) Where do we deliver? We deliver to houses, apartments, hotels, offices, and all addresses with a drop off location that is within a 10 mile radius of 581 old hickory blvd. ste. G2 (731 hemp)
6.) How does delivery drop off work? We drop off packages at your front door, without requiring in person contact.
We send you a text message/email when your order has been delivered.
What notes should I leave for the delivery driver?
Please leave detailed instructions if:
*There’s a specific location to leave the package (e.g. front porch, back door)

*There’s a gate code of building entry code
*You need to meet the driver outside of the building
*The delivery is to an office, shop, bar, etc. – please name the location
7.) Can I return my delivery? No, All orders are final once delivered. we ask that you Please triple check your Cart before placing your order.
8.) How to cancel my delivery? Any cancellations of deliveries must be made (15 Minutes after the order was confirmed) the day the order was placed via call, text, or email.
9.) How long will my delivery take? Our average delivery time depending on distance is 15-30 Minutes.
10.) When is the best time for delivery? Place Order before 10:30AM for a faster option.
