Step 2. Place your order before 2pm CST for same day shipping, If placed after your order will go out first thing next day.

Step 3. Once you have placed your order, You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. This confirms your package is being prepared for shipping.

Step 4. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. All orders ship from Our retail Store. Note: Packages may take 24–48 hours to show movement in tracking due to carrier scan delays.

Step 5. Your package is on its way! Your package will ship through UPS or USPS — we select the best option.

Step 6. Your order arrives in 1-4 days in a plain, discreet package — no cannabis labels or branding to keep contents inconspicuous and prevent theft.

We do not ship to any locations outside of the United States.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2PM CST will usually go out the same day*. Orders placed after 2PM CST will go out the following day unless placed on a Friday, in which case your order will go out the following Monday (i.e., the next business day).

If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process it. This estimate does not include the actual shipping times, which are listed when you select your shipping option at checkout. We do our very best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times, such as sales events and the holiday season.

We ship all packages via USPS or UPS to optimize shipping times and costs.

Delivery Times

After processing, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped and tracking information. Orders may take approximately 1-5 business days to arrive.

Due to the high volumes that USPS and UPS receive, please keep in mind that you may not see updates in tracking information for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local sorting facilities, transit locations, or post office/UPS store.

Damaged Or Missing Products/Orders

If you receive your order and notice any issues—such as product damage or incorrect product—please take clear photos including the lot and batch number, and email them with a brief description of the problem to 731hemp@gmail.com. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
